1. Acceptance of these terms

By using PreFactur you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree with any of these conditions, please do not use the tool.

2. Description of the service

PreFactur is a 100% free tool that lets you create invoices and quotes from your browser and download them as PDF or Excel, with no usage limits, no sign-up and no paid plans.

3. User responsibility

Use of the tool and of the documents generated is the sole responsibility of the user. It is your obligation to check that the data entered (company, client, amounts, taxes, etc.) is correct before sending or using any invoice or quote generated with PreFactur.

4. Legal compliance of the documents

PreFactur provides a template with the usual fields of an invoice or quote, but does not guarantee that the documents generated meet all the legal, tax or e-invoicing requirements of your country or sector of activity, as these requirements vary by jurisdiction and can change over time. It is the user's responsibility to check with their accountant or the relevant authority that the generated document complies with the regulations that apply to them.

5. Limitation of liability

PreFactur is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses, damages, penalties or harm that may arise from the use of the tool or of the documents generated with it, including (without limitation) errors in the data entered by the user or failure to meet legal requirements applicable to their activity.

6. Prohibited use

It is forbidden to use PreFactur for illegal or fraudulent activities, or activities that infringe the rights of third parties, including creating false documents with the intention of deceiving another person or entity.

7. Availability and changes to the service

We may modify, update, limit or discontinue the tool or its features at any time, with or without prior notice, in order to improve the service.

8. Intellectual property

The design, the PreFactur brand and the tool's code are the property of their owners. The documents (invoices and quotes) you generate with your own data belong to you.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms of use may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be reflected by updating the date shown at the top of this page.
